The Art of Not Breathing 

The Art of Not Breathing is a short film that captures a year of learning to dive on a single breath in the wild and beautiful waters of Ynys Enlli. The film won a Award at the Kendal Mountain Film Festival in 2021.

Here is a translated version 'Ar un Anadl' which was shown in the Sinemaes at the the National Eisteddfod 2023.
